MEET YOUR HOST
Hi! I'm Missy.
As a Certified Transformation (Life & Health) Coach, I teach determined women how to release stress, feel calm, and enjoy life.
I created the 8-Day G.R.O.W. in Wellness Challenge to give women a safe place (no judgment) to learn about wellness and grow in one healthy habit (at a time) surrounded by like-minded women.
During the challenge, you'll learn how to successfully create and follow through with making healthy changes. The lessons taught can be used after the challenge to continue your wellness journey.
PS. We'll explore ways to overcome the self-sabotage that usually trips us up too.
The wellness journey is one of progression- not perfection.
